1. How do I know where my package is?

Please click Track Order and enter your order number. You will get a tracking number and a tracking link. If you have any questions about tracking information, please feel free to contact our customer service at service@onesiespace. 2. What should I do if I don't want the item after receiving it?

We support returns and exchanges. But please know that you need to contact our Email ([email protected]) within 30 days of receiving the goods. And keep the item intact, brand new and unused. 

 
3. Is the price of the product including tax?

The product prices and shipping charges in the order do not include taxes. In some areas, tax is required. Such as tariff, local sales and use taxes and other taxes or charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Can I pay by credit card?

5. How to choose a size?

7. I placed an order, how to cancel?

Please contact us to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, the package is processed and dispatched and we cannot cancel the order for you.

 
8. I paid and didn't receive the order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check that your payment status is normal and the email address you provided when placing your order is correct. Then contact us and we'll resend your order confirmation email for you.
