We do not provide shipping labels. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If the product is returned due to product error or quality problem, the shipping cost will be borne by us.
How to return or exchange
1. Please send your order number to our Email ([email protected]) to explain your return. Please understand that any return or exchange needs to contact us first. If you send the package back without contacting us, we will not be able to process the return for you.
2. After we understand your situation, we will provide you with a return address if it meets our return and exchange conditions. We do not provide shipping labels. Please send the package back to our return address. And attach a note to the package, write your order number, and the email address you used to place the order.
3. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are paid by the buyer. Please consult your local courier company for charges.
4. After we receive your returned package and inspect it, we will directly refund the amount of the item in your order (excluding the shipping fee in the order) to the account you used for payment. If you paid with your PayPal account, our refund will be credited to your account immediately. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will arrive in approximately 3-7 business days. 5. If you need an exchange, please tell us the item you need to exchange. We will resend a new item for you after we receive your returned package. Shipping costs for resending the package are our responsibility.
